Overview
In this role you drive signal integrity for high-speed digital systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system-level performance. You will shape interconnects, PCB stack-ups, and impedance strategies to enable robust, scalable hardware platforms. You’ll lead simulation-driven analysis and work with hardware, packaging, and silicon teams to push the performance envelope. This position offers the chance to influence product readiness and reliability in a fast-moving technology domain.
Responsibilities
- Lead signal integrity design and analysis for high-speed digital systems
- Simulate and model high-speed interfaces and interconnects
- Define PCB stack-ups, routing constraints, and impedance control strategies
- Support board-level design, validation, and debugging activities
- Collaborate with hardware, packaging, and silicon teams to optimise system performance
Key requirements
- Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
- Strong experience in signal integrity for high-speed systems
- Experience with simulation tools (HyperLynx, ADS, HFSS, Sigrity)
- Knowledge of high-speed PCB design, DDR, SerDes, or similar interfaces
- Ability to work across system, board, and component-level challenges
