Overview
In this role you will support a national Real Estate Energy and Natural Resources team by handling a wide range of property work for energy clients. You will work on development projects, acquisitions and disposals, and landlord-tenant matters, with opportunities in project development for renewable energy transactions and major energy infrastructure. The role emphasises high-value, quality work and strong client relationships across national and international clients. You will contribute to business development, client events, and thought leadership to grow the team’s influence. The position combines busy practice with a supportive, inclusive culture and hybrid working.

Responsibilities
- Handle development projects, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, asset management and portfolio management for national and international energy clients
- Engage in project development work for new generation projects in relation to renewable energy transactions and mainstream power and pipeline projects
- Manage high-value transactions and contribute to building and maintaining client relationships
- Support business development activities, including client events, articles for the website, and other marketing efforts
- Collaborate with the wider Real Estate team and cross-location colleagues to deliver first-class legal advice
Key requirements
- Legal qualification with 5+ years post admission experience
- Experience in a Real Estate legal team
- Experience of development transactions and projects in the energy sector or related areas
