Business Development Manager | Main Contractor | London | £100,000
I am working with an established main contractor seeking a Business Development Manager to grow its London pipeline across commercial construction and refurbishment projects.
You’ll build relationships with clients and consultants, identify new opportunities, shape pursuit strategies and work closely with pre-construction, estimating and proposals teams. The role also involves managing pipeline information and helping the business select the right projects to pursue.
What you’ll need:• Proven business development experience in private sector commercial construction• A strong network across the London market• The ability to develop opportunities from initial conversation through to tender• Sound commercial judgement and strong client relationship skills
The business works on projects ranging from approximately £15m to £120m+.
