Overview

In this role you will lead BlueOptima’s outbound pipeline generation for enterprise accounts, focusing on turning interest into qualified meetings for the enterprise sales team. You will set and maintain standards for what constitutes a qualified meeting and oversee a coaching cadence to elevate dialing, sequencing, and discovery. You’ll partner with Marketing to prioritise target accounts and optimize campaign-to-meeting conversion, while driving AI-driven process improvements. This is a builder role that combines data-informed leadership with cross-functional collaboration to accelerate growth in the engineering intelligence space. Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting targets
  • Define and uphold the standard for qualified meetings
  • Directly manage, coach, and develop the SDR team
  • Run performance management and build a high-performing culture
  • Partner with Marketing on target account lists and outreach sequences
  • Ensure seamless meeting handoffs with the Head of Sales
  • Manage the teams data infrastructure and sales tech stack
  • Track leading indicators, report weekly to the CRO, and implement AI-driven process improvements

Key requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B enterprise SaaS sales development
  • At least 2 years leading an SDR team
  • Track record of modernising outbound motion with AI tools, conversation intelligence, and smarter sequencing
  • Deeply analytical and data-driven
  • Experience in financial services or regulated enterprise environments is a strong advantage
  • Fluency with a modern sales tech stack and ability to coach from day one
