Futureheads is partnered with a boutique transformation consultancy that takes a design-led approach to helping organisations tackle complex discovery challenges. Specialising in AI readiness and organisational transformation, the consultancy deploys small, highly skilled teams that combine rigorous research, evidence-driven delivery and strategic thinking to help clients understand what needs to change and how to deliver it.
The consultancy is preparing for a potential upcoming public sector engagement and are looking to speak with experienced mixed methods (qualitative & quantitative) Senior Researchers who can operate at the intersection of Market Research and User Research.
Essential Requirements:
- Senior Researcher with mixed qual and quant skillset.
- Experience designing and running stakeholder or reputation tracking surveys: questionnaire design, quotas, weighting, significance testing, and data tables.
- Used SPSS, Q, Displayr or similar for statistical analysis.
- Designed and moderated interviews and focus groups with senior stakeholders, and conducted thematic analysis of transcripts
- Delivered research with some of the following groups – local authorities, developers, charities, grassroots groups, or heritage / culture orgs.
- Good knowledge of the MRS Code of Conduct (preferably MRS membership), as well as best practice for GDPR.
- Able to combine survey and interview findings into clear reports and recommendations that a senior leadership team can act upon.
- Willingness to travel for occasional ad hoc stakeholder meetings and in-person research activities.
- Available to interview at short notice and able to start work in November.
