The Luxury Build Partner brings together BECK London and HUB Build, specialist businesses delivering exceptional construction and fit-out projects across the luxury hospitality, high-end residential and premium interiors sectors.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our interiors team. The role may sit within either BECK London or HUB Build, depending on project requirements and the successful candidate’s experience.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Director, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of construction projects, or significant sections of larger projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, to the required quality, within the agreed programme and in line with commercial objectives.
You will coordinate the wider project team and manage relationships across clients, consultants, designers, site teams, specialist subcontractors and suppliers, taking ownership of project performance from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Taking overall responsibility for project delivery against agreed programme, quality and commercial objectives.
- Leading and coordinating the project team, establishing clear responsibilities and maintaining effective communication across all disciplines.
- Developing and managing construction programmes and project delivery plans, including key milestones, critical activities and dependencies.
- Producing clear and comprehensive project reports covering programme, commercial performance, design, procurement, quality, health & safety and risk.
- Chairing upstream and downstream project meetings, including client, consultant, internal project team and subcontractor/supply chain meetings.
- Managing design and technical information, ensuring it is coordinated and issued in line with programme requirements.
- Working closely with the commercial team to monitor project performance, costs, change and commercial risk.
- Leading procurement strategy and coordinating specialist subcontractors and suppliers in line with project requirements.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, interior designers and other key stakeholders.
- Identifying and proactively managing project risks, opportunities, delays and potential issues.
- Ensuring the highest standards of health & safety, quality and workmanship are maintained throughout project delivery.
- Leading, supporting and mentoring project team members, helping to develop capability and maintain high standards across the team.
- Leading project completion, snagging, handover and close-out to achieve the required standard.
You will be an experienced construction Project Manager with a proven track record of managing projects, or significant project packages, from pre-construction through to completion.
Experience within luxury fit-out, high-end residential, hospitality, refurbishment or similarly high-quality, detail-focused interiors is essential. You will understand the complexity of delivering bespoke interiors, coordinating specialist trades and finishes, and working with demanding design, programme and quality requirements.
You will bring:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.
- Experience managing projects or significant project packages from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, programme management and project delivery.
- Experience managing design teams, consultants, specialist subcontractors and suppliers.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of project financial management.
- Experience developing and managing construction programmes using Asta Powerproject or similar recognised planning software.
- Experience producing comprehensive project reports and detailed project delivery plans.
- Proven experience chairing client, consultant, internal project and subcontractor/supply chain meetings.
- A strong understanding of contract documentation, project correspondence and change management.
- Experience identifying and managing project risks, delays and delivery issues.
- Strong client and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proven leadership and team-management capability, including experience supporting and mentoring team members.
- Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to make informed decisions and challenge constructively.
- Relevant construction, project management and health & safety qualifications.
