Head of Programme Delivery & OKR Strategy

Walker Cole International is partnering with a fast-scaling, AI-driven techbio company in Cambridge seeking a Head of Programme Management to own the OKR-driven operating model and lead delivery across science, engineering, clinical and commercial functions.

You will embed the OKR framework, oversee a growing team of Project Managers, manage the cross-functional delivery, and work with senior leadership on strategy, cost and risk in a research-intensive environment.
