Workday Integration Developer

Our client is looking for a Workday Integration Developer to design, build, and support the integrations behind Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting for a global industrial organization. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a brand-new team and own the technology that keeps employees paid, covered, and connected.

Compensation

• Up to $132,000, depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, build, test, and deploy integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio
• Build and support HCM integrations across Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
• Provide production support and respond quickly to incidents
• Write test cases and peer review fellow developers’ code
• Document each phase of the development lifecycle
• Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• 2+ years of experience with Workday HCM integrations (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience with Workday integration types: EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio
• 2+ years of experience creating Workday custom reports and calculated fields
• 2+ years integrating systems with third-party service vendors
• Good working understanding of Workday security
• Experience with document transformation (XSLT, XPath, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
