Senior Commercial Manager & Quantity Surveyor – Infra

Smart4EPC is supporting a Tier 1 main contractor on a major London infrastructure project. The Commercial Manager will oversee cost management and contract management from initiation through to close-out, with a strong NEC background and leadership of the commercial team.

You will interpret contract clauses, manage notices and compensation events, and ensure robust change control and forecasting across high-value packages.
