Private Housebuilder seeks an experienced Planning Manager/Head of Planning to lead planning strategy across a significant land bank in Hampshire and West Sussex. The role delivers residential sites from initial planning through to consent and implementation.

You will oversee preparation and negotiation of applications, liaise with authorities and stakeholders, and report on progress, budgets and risks to the Land & Planning Director.
