Senior Associate Structural Engineer – Fit-Out & Refurb

Avd Appoint Ltd is recruiting an Associate Structural Engineer for a UK-based real estate group. The role can be based in London, Bristol or Birmingham with hybrid working considered for the right candidate. Salary up to £80,000 plus bonus and benefits.

You will lead and manage complex structural projects from inception to completion, with a strong emphasis on Fit Out refurbishment and forensic investigations. Chartered status and prior senior experience are essential.
