Senior Photonics Engineer – Embedded in Defence R&D

Morson Edge in the UK is seeking a Senior Photonics Engineer for a permanent onsite role in the Bristol/South West corridor. You will join a sovereign defence programme, embedded with a leading photonics research group, delivering advanced capabilities.

The horizon is long-term, with regular visits to the research lab to stay integrated with the team and to build internal capability. Relocation support is available for the right candidate, with a target to start before Christmas 2026.
