Ambulance Operations Lead for Patient Transport

SATS Ambulance is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day private patient transport, ambulance services and international repatriations. You will direct Duty Managers, oversee staffing, fleet readiness and compliance, and drive service quality with hospitals, insurers and embassies.

The role focuses on safe delivery, regulatory compliance and exceptional patient experience across multi-site operations. A senior leadership position with cross-functional collaboration is expected.
