Pre-Construction Project Manager, Water Infrastructure

Tilbury Douglas in Exeter and the South West Water region is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead pre-construction across the SW Water framework, guiding concepts through handover to construction. You will coordinate design, estimating, planning, commercial, risk and stakeholders to deliver buildable, compliant solutions from concept to ready-to-build status.

The role is hybrid with regular Exeter attendance and travel across the SW Water region.
