Data Centre Recruitment Lead — Europe

Volta, the AI infrastructure platform, is seeking a Talent Partner embedded in WNTD’s RPO team to recruit for data centre design and construction across Europe. You will build pipelines, source candidates from hyperscale and mission-critical environments, and manage from initial outreach to offer.

You will work closely with European project leaders, map markets, advise on compensation, and deliver timely shortlists while building relations with senior professionals across multiple countries.
