Hybrid Project Manager: External Wall & Fire Strategy

Morgan Hunt is seeking a Project Manager for External Wall Risk Assessments and Fire Strategies for Housing Trust in North London on a temporary basis. The role offers hybrid working with 2 office days and 37.5 hours per week.

You will oversee a programme of risk assessments and fire strategies, manage fire engineers, and ensure compliance with Building Safety Act 2022 and related guidance. This role requires strong project management and contractual oversight.
