Job Description:
Freedom is seeking an Estimator / Bid Manager to lead tendering for LV to 132kV substations and asset replacement projects across the UK. Home location is flexible, with travel across the UK to meet customers.
You will review enquiry packs, conduct site visits, and prepare costed proposals for senior management and customers. Ideal candidates have HV engineering experience, familiarity with CDM 2015, and at least two years in commercial estimating or bidding.
