Senior Structural Team Lead – Water Engineering

Stantec is seeking a Chartered Structural Engineer to lead and grow the Structural Engineering division in our Water offices. The role requires hands‑on project delivery, people leadership and regional coordination with frequent travel to High Wycombe, London, Manchester and Bristol.

You will mentor junior staff, manage budgets and timelines, prepare technical documents and build strong client relationships across the region.
