Operations & Compliance Leader – Continuous Improvement

Saab UK, a leading defence and security company, is seeking an Operations Manager for the BlueBear Business in Bedfordshire. You will provide governance, compliance, trials and business coordination to continuously improve operations and integration with Saab UK.

You will drive process improvements, develop KPIs, and manage risk and audits, while coordinating export control, health and safety, and security across the organisation. Internal training on continuous improvement will be required.
