Apple Technical Recruitment (UK) is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor for a Tier 1 contractor on a flagship Suffolk project valued at over £100m. The role oversees a team of Quantity Surveyors and reports to directors, driving commercial performance and project controls.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years at Senior/Managing QS level, proven leadership, and experience on £50m+ schemes, preferably on 2-stage projects. A degree in QS or CM is required.
