Nottingham Building Society is seeking a Head of Mortgage Underwriting at head office in Nottingham. This permanent, full-time role (35 hours) offers hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days on site and a competitive salary plus car allowance.

You will shape the mortgage origination and underwriting strategy, lead and develop high-performing teams, ensure prudent underwriting standards and drive improvements across mortgage journeys while maintaining regulatory compliance and governance.
