Lead Structural Engineer – Underground Tunnels & Shafts

WSP is seeking a Principal Structural Engineer to lead the design and delivery of underground structures, including tunnels and shafts, across the UK, Ireland, and beyond. You will join a diverse team of engineers and modelers, guiding multi-disciplinary projects from concept through construction while mentoring junior staff.

The role requires extensive tunnelling experience, proficiency with STAAD.Pro/MIDAS/Robot, and collaboration with geotechnical teams.
