FIG Associate / Vice President – Investment Banking

We are working with a leading full service investment bank looking to hire an Associate or Vice President within its FIG investment banking team in London.

The role sits within a well-established FIG franchise, the Associate / VP will play a key role in transaction execution, client interaction and managing junior team members, while supporting senior bankers on origination and strategic advisory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of M&A and advisory transactions across FIG sectors
• Oversee financial modelling, valuation and preparation of client materials
• Support pitch processes and client relationship development
• Work closely with senior bankers and external advisors throughout the deal lifecycle

Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years’ experience in investment banking within a Financial Institutions team
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and transaction execution experience
• Comfortable managing workstreams and junior team members
