IPO-Ready External Reporting Lead (US GAAP & SEC)

Volta is building an external reporting function and seeks a Senior Manager, External Reporting to own group consolidation and US GAAP filings. You will draft SEC disclosures, manage tie-outs, and shape the close timetable in a pre‑IPO environment.

Reporting to the VP Accounting, you will work with the Director of Technical Accounting, own the S‑1 preparation, and lead the reporting function as Volta scales toward an eventual Director level.
