EU Real Estate Counsel & Ecommerce Compliance

URBN UK Limited, part of URBN Group, is seeking a mid- to senior-level Real Estate Legal Counsel with a strong real estate background and in-house retail experience. The role focuses on European real estate negotiations, drafting leases and related agreements, and advising on data protection and E‑Commerce matters.

The successful candidate will support the Director of Legal, draft precedents, and train the business on legal updates, with the option to deputise in leadership when needed.
