Head of Mortgage Underwriting: Strategy & Growth Lead

The Nottingham Building Society is seeking a Head of Mortgage Underwriting at its Head Office in Nottingham. This permanent, full-time role (35 hours) offers hybrid working with minimum two days on site.

You will shape and deliver the mortgage origination and underwriting strategy, lead high-performing teams, maintain robust underwriting standards and drive improvements across mortgage journeys. Strong regulatory knowledge and stakeholder engagement are essential to succeed.
