Strategic Finance Manager for Growth & Capital Strategy

Pearse Portfolio is partnering with a private equity backed energy infrastructure business to appoint a Strategic Finance Manager. The role spans FP&A, financial modelling, debt, treasury and strategic decision-making, reporting to senior management and investors.

You will lead budgeting, develop complex financial models, monitor covenants, and support refinancing while managing a small team and working with lenders and other stakeholders.
