Therole would be to act primarily on behalf of developers, commercial landlords and tenants across the full commercial property lifecycle, from acquisitions and disposals to more complex matters.

Matters include:

• Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property
• Site acquisition and disposal
• National commercial leases and renewals
• Asset management and investment
• Securitisation
• FBTs and diversification

About You:

• 8+years’ PQE (guideline)
• London or reputable regional firm experience essential
• Client facing and credible
• Team player
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
