Lab-Based Product Development Engineer – Next-Gen Solar

Executive Integrity seeks a Product Development Engineer in Crawley, West Sussex, for a lab-based, on-site role at least four days a week. You will join a small, growing team shaping its next-generation solar-thermal product.

You will design, build and instrument test rigs, collect data, and analyze sensors to drive decisions toward certification and production. The role offers a base of around £60,000, a 10% discretionary bonus and share options, plus private healthcare and 25 days’ holiday
