Client-Side Quantity Surveyor – Budget & Cost Management

Henley Chase is seeking an experienced Client-Side Quantity Surveyor to join our Carlisle-based property and construction team. You will provide commercial and cost management across a varied portfolio, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The role demands strong construction knowledge, experience with budgets, valuations, variations and final accounts, and excellent communication skills.
