J3A Recruitment is working with a North West manufacturer to appoint a Head of Manufacturing. This senior leadership role will own the operation, lead a sizeable team and drive Lean, Six Sigma and CI initiatives.

You will manage budgets, KPIs and Safety, and collaborate with other senior functions to foster a high-performing culture. The package includes £70,000-£80,000 plus a performance bonus.
