Digital Marketing Lead – Aesthetics

Digital Marketing Lead /12-month FTC (Maternity Cover) | London (Hybrid) / £58,000-£69,000

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading aesthetics business for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to cover maternity leave. You’ll lead the launch and ongoing optimisation of a new digital education platform for healthcare professionals, driving acquisition, engagement and conversion through data-led digital journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver platform launch, rollout and adoption
• Own digital engagement strategy and optimise omnichannel customer journeys
• Drive acquisition and retention via CRM, email, marketing automation, paid and organic channels
• Lead content strategy/roadmap (eLearning, clinical/education resources, business tools) with Medical/Regulatory and agencies
• Manage performance reporting, KPIs, dashboards and continuous optimisation
• Own agency management, project plans and budgets in a regulated environment

Essential experience

• Digital marketing leadership in healthcare/pharma/medical device/aesthetics or another regulated sector
• Strong CRM + marketing automation and lifecycle marketing capability
• Experience managing digital platforms/portals and end-to-end content delivery
• Confident with analytics and using insight to improve journeys and conversion
• Strong stakeholder, project and agency management
• Working knowledge of Veeva PromoMats and compliant HCP communications
• Desirable: aesthetics, digital learning platforms, ABPI/IPHA, Salesforce.
