Trauma-Informed IDVA: Victim Safety Advocate

LinsCare is seeking an experienced Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) to provide trauma-informed support to victims of domestic abuse in Colindale. You will assess risk, develop safety plans, advocate for victims and work with police, social care and housing to promote safety and positive outcomes.

Key duties include DASH risk assessments, complex caseload management, safeguarding participation and reporting. DBS required; UK right to work essential.
