Senior Management Accountant – Strategic Finance Lead

Dynamic Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Management Accountant (office-based) to lead the finance function at our Radlett, Hertfordshire office. The role requires strong technical expertise, working knowledge of CIS and payroll in a recruitment environment, and the ability to deliver timely management information.

You will manage monthly accounts, payroll, VAT/CIS returns, cash flow forecasting, and liaison with external accountants.
