Senior QS: Facades & Cost Control Lead

Nicholas Associates is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for its Manchester projects. You will deliver cost planning, commercial control, and value management across live schemes, working closely with the Commercial Manager and delivery teams.

The role requires at least 5 years’ experience in rainscreen, facades, cladding or full envelope, with strong knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts and excellent cost reporting. Flexible working options may be available.
