Strategic Programme Manager, Digital Delivery

Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines is looking for a Programme Manager to join our Digital Delivery team in Ipswich. You will shape, develop and lead outcome-focused programmes delivering strategic value at pace, working with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.

You will drive governance, risk management and benefits realisation, while guiding Project Managers and external partners. This is a 3-day office, 2-day home, hybrid role based at Fred Olsen House, Ipswich.
