Head of B2B Energy Sales – Hybrid Exeter

EDF Energy is seeking a Sales Team Manager for a hybrid role based in Exeter. You will lead a B2B sales team delivering fixed-price electricity and gas contracts to UK businesses, using CRM data and forecasts to drive performance and commercial targets.

You will work with Sales, Pricing, Operations, Product, and Strategy to embed a new customer management system and improve outcomes. A strong coaching mindset and energy sector familiarity are preferred.
