HR Leader – Change & Payroll | Hybrid, Temp-to-Perm

Hewett Recruitment is representing an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function at a Malvern site during a period of change. The role can start as a 2-month temp assignment with a strong likelihood of permanent appointment.

You will report to the HR Director and run HR for a ~400-employee site across manufacturing, engineering and operations, partnering with leaders and coaching the HR team.
