Managing Estimator, Structural Steel – Hybrid & £75k+

The Highfield Company is recruiting a Managing Estimator to join an established steel business in Scotland. This role leads the estimating function, reviews tenders and costs, and collaborates with internal teams and clients to ensure competitive and robust submissions.

The successful candidate will have strong estimating experience in structural steel, be capable of mentoring others, and drive progression into a senior management position within a hybrid, Scotland-based environment.
