What you’ll do

• Provide specialist in-house legal advice
• Manage legal files from inception to completion
• Draft policies and legal guidance
• Advise internal business teams
• Handle housing and property management matters
• Undertake possession-related legal work
• Represent the legal team with stakeholders
• Monitor relevant legal developments

What we’re looking for

• Qualified solicitor or CILEx fellow
• Relevant post-graduate legal qualification
• Legal practice experience
• Housing or property law knowledge preferred
• Strong case management skills
• Commercial and solutions-focused approach
• Excellent legal drafting ability
• Strong stakeholder communication
