Regional Planning Lead: People, Projects & Growth

Metispeople is seeking a Regional Planning Manager to lead and develop an established planning team within a project services consultancy. You will manage a team of around 6 planners, oversee workload and performance, and remain hands-on with select projects and clients.

The role combines team leadership, project planning, and business development, with a strong focus on NEC contracts, EOTs, and programme delivery across civil engineering and construction projects.
