Growth & Acquisition Lead (UK & Germany)

Bike Club is seeking a commercially driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition across the UK and Germany. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will manage our agency partners, monitor channel performance and use data to prioritise where we invest, test and optimise.

You will work closely with Marketing, Content, Data, Product, Finance and Commercial teams to improve efficiency, quality and predictability of acquisition.
