Operations Manager – Compliance & Process Improvement

Saab UK is seeking an Operations Manager to lead governance, compliance, trials, and business coordination for the BlueBear operation in Bedfordshire. You will drive process improvements, track KPIs, and ensure alignment with Saab UK objectives.

The role requires experienced leadership, knowledge of ISO 9001/27001, export control, health & safety, and security, with NSV clearance or ability to obtain at SC level.
