Strategic HR Partner: Employee Experience & Coaching

Intuitive in the United Kingdom seeks an HR Partner who will work closely with COEs and HRBLs to support leaders and employees with high-touch, face-to-face HR services. You will resolve complex issues, manage works council and employee relations, and drive programs across locations.

This role acts as the local face of HR, partnering with People Services to deliver consistent experiences and strategic HR initiatives.
