HR Business Partner (FTC) | Regional Change & Workforce Strategy

Lomond Group is seeking an HR Business Partner based at our St Mary Axe office in the City, offering a hybrid pattern and a six-month fixed term contract with ASAP start, reporting to the Group People Director.

The role will align regional people strategy across KFH and Chase Evans, lead workforce planning and organisational design, guide cultural integration and be the trusted voice for data‑driven people decisions across the region.
