C&C Group is seeking a skilled Reward Specialist to shape compensation, job architecture and reporting for a UK and Ireland based business. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery across salary, incentives and benchmarking, within a cross-functional reward function.

You’ll lead governance on gender pay gap reporting, executive disclosures and regulatory compliance, partnering with HR, Finance and senior leaders to drive data-led decision making.
