Senior RF Design Engineer – Defense Systems

Sanderson Government & Defence is seeking an engineer to design, simulate, and implement RF and analogue circuits for defence-related projects. You will conduct hands-on integration and debugging to optimize impedance, VSWR, and wideband operation, and participate in design reviews with the team.

The role requires clear technical documentation of design specifications, test plans, and results, as well as mentoring junior engineers and providing input to customer meetings.
