Water Asset Design Lead – Civil Engineer

WSP is recruiting for a Civil Engineer to lead multi-disciplinary design teams and deliver projects within budget and schedule. The role offers mentoring, development, and opportunities across the UK and internationally, supported by a hybrid working model.

Ideal candidates will hold a Civil Engineering degree, be chartered or progressing toward ICE/CIWEM, and demonstrate strong client-facing and leadership capabilities with a focus on quality, safety, and innovation.
