ITIL Process Leader – Digital Service Management

The London Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking an ITIL Process Manager to lead the planning, design and implementation of the ITIL framework across the Digital & Data Directorate and all areas interacting with digital services.

You will oversee service management processes, drive continual service improvement, ensure security and performance of digital services and assets, and guide complex digital programmes and projects to protect patient safety and operational efficiency.
