Senior Reliability Engineer – High-Temp Electronics

Gerrell & Hard Limited is seeking a Reliability Engineer to own reliability activities for advanced high‑temperature electronic systems. Based in Milton Keynes or Great Yarmouth, or remotely with travel to sites, you will lead reliability testing, failure analysis and design for reliability from concept to production.

You will work with electrical, mechanical, materials, manufacturing and quality teams, apply DFMEA, FMEA and FTA, and use Arrhenius and Weibull analyses to drive improvements.
